Boston Atlantic’s educational mission and Sheri Wall’s licensed mortgage activity are related by purpose, but they are not the same service.

Boston Atlantic is an independent housing advocacy and education platform. It is not a mortgage company, mortgage lender, housing counseling agency, nonprofit, or division of ALCOVA Mortgage. Boston Atlantic does not quote mortgage rates, accept mortgage applications, collect borrower financial documentation, issue preapprovals, underwrite loans, lock rates, or originate mortgages.
Licensed mortgage activity
Sheri Wall is the Founder of Boston Atlantic, a Certified Mortgage Advisor, and a Mortgage Loan Originator with ALCOVA Mortgage. Sheri Wall’s individual NMLS number is #1973144. Licensed mortgage activity is conducted separately by Sheri through ALCOVA Mortgage using ALCOVA’s systems, disclosures, privacy practices, and compliance controls.

Using a Boston Atlantic resource, attending an educational program, or discussing a partnership does not obligate anyone to work with Sheri Wall, ALCOVA Mortgage, or any particular lender or real-estate professional. Consumers remain free to choose the professionals and providers who are right for them.
State education waitlist
If you join the waitlist for a state whose homebuyer education resources are not yet available, Boston Atlantic stores your email address, chosen state, and request date in its website database. Authorized site administrators can review those requests to provide an update when that state’s education resources are published. This request does not register you for marketing email, a mortgage application, or any assistance program. The waitlist is separate from ALCOVA Mortgage and does not collect borrower financial information. To request removal, email swall@bostonatlantic.com.
Future assistance-tool interest
If you request an update about a future state assistance-program finder, Boston Atlantic stores your email, chosen state, readiness stage, interest topic, separate optional educational-email consent, and request date in its website database. Authorized site administrators can use these details to plan educational tools and contact you about the tool when it is ready. Educational marketing requires the separate, unchecked-by-default opt-in; registration alone is not marketing consent. No finder, eligibility decision, housing counseling, or mortgage application is provided by this form. The information is not sent to ALCOVA Mortgage or added to the state education waitlist.
